What is your Turnaround time?
Our turnaround time is usually estimated at 7-15 buisness days, however variables such as quantity and complexity ultimately determines how long it will take. If you want the job done sooner than a week or set a deadline before our projected time there may be a rush charge of up to $100.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments online via Paypal online. If you wish to pay by credit card, via check, cash, or money order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for options on alternate payment methods and we will process your payment. You may also CALL in your order and pay over the phone.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship outside the domestic US.
Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to APO and FPO addresses. Since we use the United States Postal Service, customers shipping to APO or FPO addresses should put the United States as their country and use domestic shipping options and rates.
What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?
We ship via the United States Postal Service. To calculate the cost of shipping for your order, put in your address during checkout and click continue. The available shipping options to your address will be displayed with their price.

How do I track my package?
This information will be available as soon as we process your order.
Express Mail comes with a tracking number that will be sent to you via email when we ship your order.
What size shirt should I order?
It depends on what style and brand you get. Our T-Shirts and Hoodies are cut to be a bit more fitted than your standard t-shirt. They are also 100% pre-shrunk cotton, but you can expect them to shrink 'just a bit'.
I was sent the wrong shirt/I was sent a defective shirt. If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective Please contact us with your order number and specifics on what was wrong with your order, and we will take care of it to the best of our ability.
How do I exchange a shirt I purchased? Unworn/unwashed shirts can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. The packing slip that was included with your order has the instructions for an exchange at the bottom of the page. If you no longer have the packing slip you can email or call us and we can let you know how to exchange your shirt.
I have a great idea for a shirt! Do you want to see it made?
If you have a good shirt idea, send it to firstname.lastname@example.org, and if we want to make it we will give you a free t-shirt of your choice and pay you a commission for every tshirt we sell. The more ideas you send in, the better chance that one of yours will be selected. Feel free to include multiple ideas in one email.
How can I make a change to my order?
If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us email@example.com or give us a call at 314-910-0789 and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.
Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?
Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it there you can email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can confirm that the order was placed.
Do your shirts ever go on backorder?
We keep all our other shirts in stock but sometimes temporarily run out of a certain size of a design. We will send you an email right away notifying you of any out of stock situation. We will usually get the shirt back in stock within a week. Often our new shirt for the week is not yet in stock, hence the discount for pre-ordering it. This is always noted in the description. If you order a design that is up for pre-order, expect it to be delayed 1 – 2 weeks. If your order contains one or more shirts that are out of stock, then it will not typically be shipped out until all the shirts are in stock.
What name will appear on my credit card bill?
The name on your credit card bill will be Foobadap.Com.
Do you sell shirts wholesale?
Retailers interested in wholesale information should contact us at email@example.com. Please include your contact information, what store you are purchasing for, and a valid employer ID number.
